This gel depicts the NEB 1kb Extend DNA ladder and a digestion of plasmid 44580 with XbaI and SalI.
We expect and see the following banding patterns:
XbaI single digest: Expect 2 bands ~8.2 and 7.3kb.
SalI single digest: Expect 1 band ~15.6kb.
