Depositor Comments

Cre recombinase-mutant estrogen receptor fusion (CreERT2) in K18 gene-ires vector for tamoxifen-dependent Cre activity confined to epithelial tissues. This is the full length K18 gene with an IRES inserted downstream of sixth exon TGA and before the polyA signal.

Please note that the partial plasmid sequence available for this plasmid is missing the human ERT2 sequence. This has been indicated in the partial sequence by a string of 10 N's at bp#7941-7950 immediately after the Cre sequence. See Addgene's sequencing result with the Cre-F primer for more information about this region.
