Depositor Comments
TRF2 construct in which the TRFH domain of TRF2 (aa42-241 when compared to NP_005643.1) was replaced with TRFH domain of TRF1 (aa58-262 when compared to NP_059523.2).
According to the depositing laboratory, the deletion of A434 does not affect TRF2 function.
