Depositor Comments

Tandem Affinity Purification plasmid - pIC26 allows a target protein to be fused at its N-terminus to the GFP-Tev-S peptide tag using the SpeI restriction site. The plasmid contains pie-1 regulatory sequences to express the tagged protein in the germline and embryo and can be integrated by ballistic bombardment of the strain DP38 using unc-119 as a transformation marker. See Cheeseman et al., Genes Dev. 2004 Sep 15;18(18):2255-68 (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15371340) for more information.
