This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzyme(s): AscI and NdeI (single and double). We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 4.7kb for linear plasmid and ~2.4kb doublet for the double cut vector. We see the expected pattern.
