Modifications to backboneFinal pFIN backbone: Added cPPT-FLAP sequence upstream of MCS in pTY to create pTYF backbone (Coleman et al 2002 Physiol Genomics 12:221-228). Added 2x250 chicken β-globin HS4 core sequence into 3'LTR of pTYF backbone to create pFIN (Semple-Rowland et al 2007 Mol Vis 13:2001-2011).
