pCDNA-HA backbone: Inserted influenza hemagglutinin (HA) epitope tag (YPYDVPDYA) with the translation initiation codon (ATG) into pcDNA3.1 vector (Invitrogen); described in Harhaj, et al. (1999) JBC, 274, 22911–22914.
Please note that the hTRAF3 insert in this plasmid contains S393G and K492N mutations when compared to GenBank entry NP_663777.1
