This gel depicts the NEB 1kb Extend DNA ladder and a digestion of plasmid 44011 with EcoRI-HF and XhoI
We expected the following banding patterns:
EcoRI-HF single digest: 1 band @14.5kb
XhoI single digest: 1 band @14.5kb
EcoRI-HF / XhoI double digest: 2 bands: 13kb and 1.5kb
