This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid 42202 with the following enzymes Notl-HF and HindIII
We expect NotI-HF to give 2 bands: ~5.5 and 1.5kb and HindIII-HF to give 1 band: 7kb. We see the expected pattern.
