Depositor Comments
Venus YFP-3xFlag was inserted into this vector via BstXI-XhoI sites.
This vector can be used to express proteins fused to Venus YFP with a C-terminal 3xFlag tag.
The MCS consists of PmeI (non-unique), AflII, HindIII, Asp718I, KpnI, BamHI, and BstXI upstream of Venus. Additionally, the following sites are present after the Venus-3xFlag sequence: XhoI, Eco0109I, ApaI, PmeI (non-unique), and BclI.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
