Depositor Comments

The GPIX insert in the plasmid was cloned from chicken blood plasma.

Please note that Addgene's sequencing results differ from the depositing laboratory's predicted sequence and GenBank's predicted sequence XM_414314.2. When compared to XP_414314.1, the myc tag appears to be inserted at aa24 and GPIX appears to contain T23A and K49E mutations. The insertion of the myc tag was based on the signal peptide predictions for GPIbb and the construct has been tested functionally for proper surface expression of the protein by the depositing lab.
