In Larkins et al (2011), this is plasmid "Arl13b untagged" as referenced in Figure 2. Full-length Arl13b with stop codon (pENTR-Arl13b1) was Gateway cloned into pcDNA-DEST40. Because of the stop codon, the backbone-encoded C-terminal tags are not expressed.
