This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzyme(s): PstI and HindIII.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: PstI-6.2kb and 835bp; HindIII-4.1kb, 2.2kb, 360bp, and 348bp (these smaller two bands would likely run together). We see the expected pattern.
