Depositor Comments
This plasmid is for expression of pea APX W41F (dimeric) in the mitochondrial matrix under the CAG promoter. In this construct, APX has a mitochondrial localization peptide (MLATRVFSLVGKRAISTSVCVRAH) fused to its N-terminus. The APX gene is mammalian codon optimized.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
