This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzyme(s): NheI and EcoRI.
We expected the following band sizes: NheI or EcoRI single digests--5.1kb and NheI/EcoRI double digest--4.4kb and 0.7kb. We see the expected pattern.
