This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid 40165; pPROBE'-gfp[tagless] with the following enzymes: BamHI-HF and EcoRI-HF individual digests and uncut DNA. We expect the following band size for these digests - 7.34kb. We see the expected size.
