This gel depicts the NEB 1kb extended ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pLMB51 with the following enzymes: PstI-HF, NotI-HF, and KpnI-HF.
Expected Bands
PstI-HF 11.8 kb & 2.1 kb
NotI-HF 8.5 kb & 5.3 kb
KpnI-HF 12.2 kb & 1.7 kb
These results show the expected pattern.
