Depositor Comments

Constructed by Leena Haataja.
BCR was inserted in a 4-way ligation of 1.6 kb EcoRI-SstI + 1.0 kb SstI-HindIII + 1.6 kb HindIII-BamHI fragments into pSG5 digested with EcoRI –BamHI. The construct contains no tag. The BCR cDNA 5'UT sequences were truncated to remove some of the GC-rich sequences. The construct includes the complete coding region, the natural stop codon and 3'UT sequences.
