Expected banding pattern:

This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pLenti-puro with the following enzymes: XbaI.

This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pLenti-puro with the following enzyme(s): EcoRI-HF and NotI-HF.

Expected Bands:
EcoRI-HF: One band: 7066 bp
NotI-HF: Two bands: 5568 bp and 1498 bp

Results:
We observed the expected bands for both digests.
