Depositor Comments

Constructed by Vesa Kaartinen.
An 0.8 kb NheI x Bgl II fragment (BCR NM_004327 nucleotides 2118-2965) was blunted and subcloned into pSK digested with SmaI. Clones with a 5’ BamHI and 3’ EcoRI site were identified. The 566 bp fragment was inserted as a BamHI x EcoRI fragment into pGEX 3X.
