Depositor Comments

Construct made by Sun Yu Ji. Human Spa-1 was subcloned as a 3.3 kb NotI x SspI fragment into pSK digested with NotI x SmaI; it was isolated from this plasmid by EcoRI digestion. The 3.3 kb EcoRI fragment was ligated into pCCL-c-MNDU3-(X2)-PGK-EGFP digested with EcoRI. The orientation of the insert with respect to the MNDU3 promoter was checked by digestion with Kpn I. The construct makes untagged human SpaI from the MNDU3 promoter and EGFP from the PGK promoter.
