Addgene diagnostic digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: SacI single digest and SacI+StuI double digest.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 4.6kb band for SacI and 1.6kb+3kb bands for SacI/StuI double. We see the expected pattern.
