Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pPROBE-OT with the following enzymes: PvuI-HF and HindIII-HF.
Expected bands:
PvuI-HF 4.3kb and 2.8kb
PvuI-HF/HindIII-HF 4.3kb, 2.2kb, and either ~0.5kb or ~0.7kb
Results:
We observed the expected bands for this digest.
