Depositor Comments
Designed and prepared by Deborah Leonard, Deanna Navaroli and Anil Chawla (Corvera Lab)
There are a few sequence discrepancies between the full sequence and the Addgene QC sequence--these do not affect the function of the plasmid, but the XhoI site located at the 3' end of the TagRFP-T on the depositor's map is NOT present in the vector.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
