This gel depicts the NEB 1kb DNA ladder and a digestion of plasmid 37130 with NotI-HF, BamHI-HF, and NdeI.
We observed the expected banding patterns:
NotI-HF / BamHI-HF double: expect 2 bands- 3992bp and 731bp
NotI-HF / NdeI double: expect 2 bands- 3566bp and 1157bp
