The NGFR-LMP1 fusion in the plasmid contains the amino terminus of NGFR fused to the carboxy terminus of LMP1. The carboxy-terminal signaling of LMP1 is conditionally activated when anti-NGFR antibody crosslinks with the NGFR
moieties. Please see associated publication (link below) for more details.
