Depositor Comments

This plasmid is based on pfNL43-dE-EGFP.

Addgene's sequencing results identified 4 nucleotide mismatches at bp# 1634 & 2223-2225 when compared to the full plasmid sequence provided by the depositing laboratory, are remnants of the deleted pol gene and are not a concern for the function of the plasmid. According to the depositing laboratory, this plasmid still produces infectious virus when gag, pol and env are supplied in trans.
