Depositor Comments

Construct includes 5' untranslated sequences, and the first 39 aminoacids including a small part of the N-terminal oligomerization domain. The deletion was generated by ligation of a Stu I site in BCR exon 1 to a downstream Nae I site. The construct lacks the ST kinase domain. Vector is a derivative of pCD with a multiple cloning site included. Has SV-40 origin of replication for high yield expression in COS-1 cells. Also see Yi et al 2009. Constructed by Vesa Kaartinen.
