Depositor Comments
The construct was made in a 3-way ligation with the ABR insert as 5' 0.4 kb BamHI-BstEII + 3' 2.2 kb BstEII-Kpn I fragment ligated into pEYFP1 digested with Bgl II x Kpn I. Non-neuronal ABR- insert starts GA TCC ATG GAG GAG GAA ....Abr. At the 3' end, the construct has the natural TAG and 110 bp of 3' UT region, terminating in what was an Xho I site. Isoform B- may contain E24G. Constructed by Jess Cunnick.
