Depositor Comments
We subcloned an 0.8 kb PvuII-EcoRI fragment of human ABR into pGEX-3X digested with Sma I -EcoRI. The construct includes 3' UT sequences of the cDNA. This encompasses amino acid residues 597-859 of NP_068781. The Pvu II site is located in the amino acid string -QLDP-. Construct made by Vesa Kaartinen. The Rosetta2 strain may improve yield of the fusion protein.
