Depositor Comments
We subcloned a Pvu II-EcoRI fragment into pGEX-3X digested with Sma I -EcoRI. This includes the natural stop codon and 3' untranslated sequences. The construct encodes the GTPase activating domain of Bcr which is active against GTP-bound Rac. The Pvu II site is located in the amino acid string -QLDP-. Constructed by Vesa Kaartinen. The Rosetta2 strain may improve yield of the fusion protein.
