pAAV-Ptet-RFP-shR-rtTA Notes
Addgene Diagnostic Digest- EcoRI, BspQI
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pAAV-Ptet-RFP-shR-rtTA with the following enzymes: EcoRI-HF and BspQI.
The results show the expected band sizes:
EcoRI-HF - 8.8 kb.
BspQI - 7.5 and 1.3 kb.

The results show the expected band sizes:

HpaI/AgeI - 7958bp and 798bp
