This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: NotI or XhoI.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: NotI: 1991bp, 1825bp (these two run together), 5082bp; XhoI: 153bp (not shown), 1103bp, 7642bp. We see the expected pattern.
