Addgene Diagnostic Digest for 35199
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid 35199 with the following enzymes: SacI single digest, KpnI-HF single digest and a SacI+KpnI double digest. The expected pattern of bands was observed. Note that the SacI and KpnI single digest lanes contain a small fraction of incompletely digested plasmid.
