Depositor Comments
Contains a bi-cistronic tetO promoter that drives expression of tau-LacZ, as well as a tTA-H100Y that was made doxycycline insensitive by introduction of a point mutation (H100Y) in the Tet binding domain.
Also known as pAuto5.
Addgene NGS QC analysis identified a 54 bp deletion in the tau open reading frame, relative to the provided sequence from the depositing laboratory. Based on these NGS results, the tau ORF shows 100% identity to amino acids 1-382 of tau isoform X14 [Bos taurus] XP_024835348.1.
