Depositor Comments
This is a translation reporter. KLF4 cDNA (an 306 bp EcoRI fragment derived from the KLF4 3' UTR) was cloned into the PmeI site in the 3'UTR of the firefly luciferase transgene in pMIR-Report-Luciferase. The insert/cDNA fragment was generated by cleavage at KLF4-internal EcoRI sites within the KLF4 3' UTR, followed by Klenow treatment.
