Depositor Comments
This is a translation reporter. KLF4 cDNA (the entire CDS and 3' UTR) was released from pCTV3K-SQC7 and cloned into the 3'UTR of the firefly luciferase transgene in pMIR-Report-Luciferase. The insert/cDNA fragment was generated by cleavage at a KLF4-internal Asp718 site within the KLF4 5' UTR, and a downstream SalI site. pCTV3K-SQC7 was described in Foster KW et al., Cell Growth & Differentiation, Vol. 10, 423–434, June 1999.
Please note that there is a G missing in the 3' UTR of KLF4.
