Addgene diagnostic digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: SacII and SacII+SnaBI double digest.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 8.4kb for SacII and 4.4 + 4kb for the double digest. We see the expected pattern.
