Addgene diagnostic digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: BamHI-HF and NcoI-HF.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 3114 bp for the single digests and 734 bp/2380 bp bands for the double digest. We see the expected pattern.
