Addgene Diagnostic Test
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid 32446 with the following enzymes: EcoRI-HF, BamHI-HF, SaII-HF
We expect the linear plasmid to give a 5.5kb band and the double digest to give 2 bands of 3.2kb and 1.3kb. We see the expected pattern, although it should be noted that the final lane did not digest to completion.
