The 17xS/T→ A mutant encompasses the following residues: S106, S150, (S281, T282), S285, S287, S293, T298, S328, (S353, S356), S392, S468, S472, S483, S634, S635, (S647, S648). Residues in parentheses were both mutated to alanine because the singly phosphorylated site in each case could not be unambiguously determined by mass spectrometry

S921A, S923A were previously reported to have been present in this plasmid, but these residues are in fact WT. This change should no affect the reported function.
