This gel depicts the NEB 1kb extend DNA ladder and a digestion of plasmid 31985 with NotI-HF, NcoI-HF, and BamHI-HF/HindIII-HF.
We observe the expected banding pattern:
NotI-HF: 1 band at 15084 bp
NcoI-HF: 5 bands at 8850, 3345, 1785, 735, 369 bp
BamHI-HF/HindIII-HF: 8 bands at 5787, 3842, 1825, 1636, 776, 562, 377, 261 bp
