Addgene diagnostic digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb DNA ladder, the NEB 100bp DNA ladder, and a digestion of plasmid 31829 with EcoRI-HF and MluI-HF.
Our digests confirmed the expected banding patterns:
EcoRI-HF single digest: 3.5 KB
MluI-HF single digest: 3.5 KB
EcoRI-HF / MluI-HF double digest: 3.25 and 0.25 KB.
