Depositor Comments
The construct was made by Ron de Jong in 1993/1994. It contains the entire coding region of the Abl 1B variant (which has a putative N-terminal myristoylation site) but with the 5’ and 3’ untranslated regions truncated. This cDNA clone contains a P829L mutation in Abl 1B compared with reference sequence NM_007313
