Depositor Comments

This plasmid expresses EGFP and HRP under the control of two CMV promoters. The membrane-targeted HRP construct (mHRP) was created by adding a signal sequence and transmembrane domain from human CD2 before and after the cDNA of HRP. Please see the associated publication for more information on this plasmid.
