Depositor Comments

Crkl pSG5. This construct encodes the human adapter protein Crkl. Crkl is a protein that contains one SH2 domain and two SH3 domains. It can become tyrosine phosphorylated by the c-Abl tyrosine kinase on residue Y207. Crkl is located on chromosome 22q11.21. Gene ID: 1399. HPRD: 03596. NM_005207.
The construct was made by Joanne ten Hoeve in 1992/1993.
