Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid V5V with the following enzymes: BglII and BamHI.
Expected Bands:
Bgl II: ~5.4 kb
Bgl II/ BamHI-HF: 4.7 kb + 0.7 kb
This digest shows the expected results.
