Depositor Comments

Insert was not sequence confirmed, ends may be different and may contain some internal SNPs (sequence is based on initial cloning design, and not necessarirly final cloning design)

Please note that Addgene's sequencing results identified a deletion/mismatch region at bp#108-136 and two single nucelotide mismatches at bp#535 & 655 when compared to the full sequence information provided by the depositing laboratory. These differences are not known to affect the function of the plasmid.
