A portion of this plasmid was derived from a plasmid made byHuman Ecadherin gene in pCDNA3.1 we had from Alpha Yap laboratory (University of Queensland in 1998) We inserted GFP at C- terminal of Human Ecadherin in pcDNA3.1

Please note the EGFP protein sequence in this plasmid is missing the first two amino acids of the standard EGFP sequence (Met-Val) due to the cloning strategy. There is also a Y238I mutation present at the C-terminus of EGFP. These differences do not affect the fluorescent protein properties as described in the associated publication.
