This gel depicts the NEB 1kb DNA ladder and a digestion of plasmid 27979 with NheI-HF.
Expected banding pattern:
NheI: If single plasmid: 8.3, 6.3, 2.3 kb. If mixed population: 11.1, 3.4, 2.3 kb.
These results indicate we have a mixed population that contains the correct plasmid and a contaminating DUSP6 plasmid.
